CPF Alberta and NWT in partnership with Alliance Française Edmonton are able to offer:
Virtual French Course – Levels 1, 2 and 3.
This 6-week virtual course is designed to give students the opportunity to learn French online for 1 hour/week with a maximum of 12 participants and a facilitator.
Throughout the course, students will learn to talk about their personal environment and to interact in various daily-life situations.
Each class focuses on a specific situation of communication and builds on the previous one in order to gradually move towards basic conversations.
All students will have access to the student portal, where they will receive the materials and documents worked on in class, as well as assignments and additional exercises to complete, to advance effectively during their training.
Registration in the course incudes:
- PDF materials each week;
- Meet for 1 hour each week online with fellow participants and a facilitator to cover weekly course content and to practice new concepts;
- Quiz at the end of every lesson to test your comprehension & retention;
- Support & interaction through the comments feature available on the platform;
- QR codes are provided on the worksheets that are linked to audio files to assist in your practice.
Course Cost: $125.00
Course begins: on the week of February 3rd, 2025

Runs on February 8th, 15th, 22nd & March 1st, 8th and 15th.
Level 2:
Thursdays – February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and March 6th and 13th.

Option #2: 5pm – 6pm MST
OR
Option #3: 6pm – 7pm MST
Level 3:
Wednesdays – February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th and March 5th and 12th.
Option #1: 4pm – 5pm MST
